Solar-Ready New Builds: What Ireland's 2029 EPBD Rules Mean for Homebuyers

  • Your budget is tight and you need to prioritise mortgage deposit or furnishings
  • You are uncertain about long-term plans (may sell within 3 to 5 years)
  • You want to see how technology and prices evolve (though prices have been stable for two years and grants may reduce after 2029)

Will This Affect New-Build Prices?
